Wobble board

My middle child has always needed very physical play-he’s my first boy and I’m not sure if its a boy thing, a wild second-born thing, or just a him thing but he needs to push boundaries and move a lot. Amazon reccommended this wobble board to me when I was hunting for a safe way to help him blow of steam after catching him pulling the living room curtains down by swinging on them and pretending to be spider man (which he promptly blamed the littlest who was only about 7 months and still very much in the non-moving potatoe stage at that point). My husband - ever the captain safety of our home - despaired of my impulse purchase once again as he said it would bend or trap fingers underneath it.

Happily, for me, he was wrong. We have had it for a few years now and it has been well used and played with pretty much daily, inside and outside and its yet to break, in fact it still looks pretty much new. The kids use it as a “surf board”, a bridge, a pirate ship, a slide, a stepping stone and on occasion a blunt weapon (boys will use anything to hit each other). Both my husband and I have had turns on it and its survived unscathed. Kids from about 1 to teenage years have all played on it at our house and its been a great success. 5 stars-would reccommend.
